Treo 600 CDMA
If you have an active data connection and are currently sending or receiving data any incoming call will go directly to voicemail. If the caller leaves a voicemail message, you will get an alert telling you that you have a message. When a call comes in and you are not currently sending or receiving, then the phone will function as usual allowing you to answer it.
Treo 600 GSM
If you have an active data connection the phone will temporarily suspend it. The phone will ring through immediately and you will be able to answer it. While talking, your data session will be temporarily suspended. Once you finish talking, your data session will resume automatically. However, if you are doing a bandwidth intensive activity, such as streaming music, calls sometimes get sent directly to voicemail. When you finish the bandwidth intensive activity, any voicemails or text messages you missed will be displayed.
