Toccer is an IM client that allows a user to directly connect to the AOL Instant Messenger Network. The application uses the data connection so it does not use SMS and will refresh automatically. The software allows you to add new buddies or groups and will automatically retrieve your buddy list along with groups. Toccer will run in the background so you can still remain connected as long as you have a data connection
