About the Stylus
All Treos include a stylus, a small pen-like pointing device designed for use with the Treo's touchscreen. Although Treos are designed for one-hand operation, it is sometimes necessary to use the stylus to tap on various buttons on the screen (especially on the Treo 700w/wx).

Handwriting Recognition
The stylus can also be used for handwriting recognition, depending on the Treo and whether or not software is installed to support it.

Where can I buy a Stylus?
It appears that neither Palm nor anybody else has replacement stock styli available for sale. However, there are pen-styli available.
